Gujarat is India’s groundnut heartland and Rajkot sits at its centre. We buy directly from the mandis at harvest, dry to a safe moisture level, then colour sort and hand pick to remove damaged and discoloured kernels.
Aflatoxin is the single biggest risk in this commodity, so every lot is tested before loading and we can supply to a declared maximum of 4 ppb for EU destinations.
